gst-plugins-meta does not emerge gst-plugins-faad regardless of any USE flags. this causes totem to not play audio (and video in the latest version media-libs/gstreamer-0.10.28) on H264 videos with MPEG-4 AAC audio.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download an H264 video with MPEG-4 AAC audio from youtube.com
2. play it using totem

Actual Results:  
totem plays only audio on previous versions of gstreamer and nothing with media-libs/gstreamer-0.10.28

Expected Results:  
both video and audio should play as expected
