Please stable
Comment 1 Myckel Habets 2010-06-25 19:44:44 UTC
Should we stabilize pdb2pqr-1.5.0-r2 instead? (less then 1 month in portage)
Comment 2 Justin Lecher (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-06-25 22:09:00 UTC
Yes, this was a bump because of a bad typo.
Comment 3 Thomas Kahle (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-06-30 16:16:31 UTC
Please add the relevant arches.
Comment 4 Justin Lecher (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-06-30 16:33:17 UTC
Arches please go ahead, basic test included, advanced test needs apps being
install and has problem other wise.
My runtime test are fine.

Comment 5 Thomas Kahle (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-06-30 16:49:55 UTC
Archtested on x86: Everything OK, current stable does not build, please mark stable.

Remark: There is a warning
 * Messages for package sci-chemistry/pdb2pqr-1.5.0-r2:

 *   Could not apply relink.patch!
>>> Auto-cleaning packages...

But I have no idea where it comes from, it is not in the ebuild?
