hunspell < 1.2.9 causes major application crashes (Thunderbird, Firefox, etc) when compiled with gcc-4.5. hunspell 1.2.9 seems to fix this issue, therefore I would consider stabilizing 1.2.9 a blocker for gcc-4.5.

Thank you for report Evan. hunspell is more then month in portage, no bugs opened so it's good idea to stabilize in any case. Arch teams, please, do.
