Thank you for your work. Please, can you upload also the license? @java: It seems that Jiri has done a lot of work(see the blocked bugs).
(In reply to comment #4) > @java: It seems that Jiri has done a lot of work(see the blocked bugs). > Yes it does seem that he has and to a pretty good standard too. There are a few things I would like to comment on tho. 1. Please use slot deps (and an eapi>0) for the java pkg's. eg dev-java/log4j:0 2. please include >=virtual/jdk-1.6 in the RDEPEND's of all the packages and please don't set JAVA_PKG_WANT_SOURCE and JAVA_PKG_WANT_TARGET in the ebuilds. otherwise good work for using the java launcher. I wonder whether there is a better category than dev-java for these? www-servers and www-plugins perhaps? that really is only detail. Note: I have only had a brief look at some of the ebuilds. so there may still be more comments to come :)

Please check also the ebuild in the bug report #318443. If it will be OK, I will update the rest of the Wowza module ebuilds.

According to https://www.wowza.com/products/streaming-engine, this software is now offered on a "Free Trial" basis. To get the all the functionalities, a licence must be purchased. Also, it doesn't specify which software licence it is released under. We won't package it I'm afraid. Taking @java off CC. @pchrist: do whatever you want with this bug.
