Internal compiler error usually points to broken toolchain (if the error always happens at the same file) or hardware problems (if the error happens at random places).
Can you try another version of gcc?

Yes, i tried and it worked well. I retried with the same gcc + kernel to compile 2.6.32-r7, and it compiled without any error. I'm confused. Sorry for the invalid bug report, maybe it can be a hardware bug.
