The following is the end of the emerge for rpm which is being emerged as one of
the dependecies of kdeadmin-3.0.1.  I've tried the build both as part of the
larger emerge and by itself with the same consistant result.

I should have known as soon as I wrote the report I'd find another report along
with a solution.
