Need to increase fpc dependency from >=dev-lang/fpc-2.2 to >=dev-lang/fpc-2.2.4.

works fine on stable x86 with dev-lang/fpc-2.2.0.

hwengine crashes for me on amd64, too - with fpc-2.2.0

I've gone ahead and increased the requirements to fpc-2.2.4 on hedgewars.org

Even if this is only happening to AMD64 users of a gentoo built fpc w/, oh, who knows, some particular set of CFLAGS, seems harmless enough to bump it up to a revision that is already quite ancient.

Gentoo should have stabilised 2.4 already like Arch did.

Hopefully the ebuild will be updated shortly.
