phrap-1.080812.ebuild.patch

This add missing dependencies and notes that GAP4-compatible tools could be compiled as well if we had extracted staden sources into some temporary space. Maybe I will figure out more details once.

Meanwhile, please apply this QA patch and stabilize what we have in the tree.
