no problems with gentoo-sources-2.5.32-r5.

Did you apply the needed patches to a clean kernel dir, built it, booted it and did build aufs2 against it?

Ok, i found the issue, the patch needs an update. I hope to get out a new version at the beginning of next week, which should include some other fixes in upstream code.

here aufs2-0_p20100405 compiles fine.
