I think the ebuild for sci-electronics/eagle should depend on sci-electronics/electronics-menu, as the menu entry (in gnome) is invisible until it is installed. 

Another electronics package (sci-electronics/geda) lists electronics-menu as a dependency, so there is precedent.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge sci-electronics/eagle *without* sci-electronics/electronics-menu installed



Expected Results:  
Entered an icon for eagle in the Gnome application menu.

It shows up in Graphics.  If you have electronics-menu installed, it should show up there too.  See /usr/share/applications/__usr_bin_eagle-eagle.desktop, so I'm not sure electronics-menu is strictly a dependency.
