After I upgraded to version 5.0.1-r2 I found out that the bacula-tray-monitor is missing. tray-monitor, gnome-console and bwx-console are deprecated, thus support for them has been dropped from the ebuild as well.
tray-monitor is still included in bacula 5.1. Can you provide a link to the source of why you think it's deprecated? There is no replacement for it.
