This stuff is ignored upstream (see URL) and it causes real runtime problems (i.e., random segfaults)

See attachment for the "progress" made in latest version. In fact this is getting worse from version to version.

I have reported the remaining issue upstream (libuemf) at https://gitlab.com/inkscape/lib2geom/-/issues/71#note_1808522376.
