dev-lang/perl-5.10.1 unmotivated lost "perlsuid" useflag. After simple copying suitable parts form 5.88 ebuild suid starts to work (cgi's under apache working again).

Reproducible: Always

We are a bit faster than upstream:

So motivation was: It's marked deprecated and removed in the next version upstream anyway.
