HOMEPAGE should be changed from "http://${PN}.sourceforge.net/" to the real website address: "http://pdftohtml.sourceforge.net/", because :

# qpkg -i pdftohtml
app-text/pdftohtml-0.36
        pdftohtml is a utility which converts PDF files into HTML and XML formats [ http://${PN}.sourceforge.net/ ]

ok, it seems emerge -s is showing correctly the HOMEPAGEs. must be a qpkg
issue.
