added an ebuild for release 59
also added a blocker for the other nxserver ebuilds

note also made the nx user a member of wheel group by default during install
instead of relying on the user post install to run usermod
(there is a note in the ebuild but I was caught out by this one)

Hi, thanks for the report!

I've created a new tarball for r59 and bumped the version in tree

wheel group adding is not enabled by default, as some people prefer ssh authentication (so nx user does not have sudo rights). Also, NX servers do not block each other as they should be installable side-by-side (and switchable via eselect-nxserver)
