I have never filed a bug report before. I just wanted to mention that the KDE login did not work on my machine. It kept trying to login but then resetting itself back to the login page. Gnome worked fine

What version of the liveDVD were you on?

this should be fixed in latest livedvd. reopen if you encounter the same issue.
