Can we have a binary/prebuilt ebuild for hugin? I think my machine can't handle the compilation...

This is unlikely to happen. Gentoo only provides prebuilt binary versions of packages where they are provided by upstream.

Unless you're running a really old machine, there's no reason why your machine "can't handle the compilation". You should try the support channels (forums, irc), providing information on the exact problem you're having (error messages, build logs, emerge --info)
