/etc/init.d/slapd of net-nds/openldap package hasn't depend "provide ldap", therefore net-dns/bind (/etc/init.d/named has "after ldap" ) can start before slapd. And if bind work via ldap, then it doesn't run.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add apache2 to default runlever.
2.Add named and slapd to default runlevel.
3.Reboot.
