I get en error in the ebuild right after make install on:
[[ -z ${tlib} ]] && die "unable to read SONAME from ${lib}";

Reproducible: Always

Does -r6 work fine? I don't see why the change in -r7 should have introduced this behaviour.

I forgot to remove -static from CFLAGS after playing with zabbix.
