Bug 304409 – media-video/gaupol-0.15.1 version bump

Hi, please bump gaupol to 0.15. All you have to do is copy the old (0.12.3) ebuild and raise the pygtk dependency from 2.10 to 2.12 and it'll work fine, I've tested it. Maybe you should also add "<dev-lang/python-3" to deps as pygtk (-> gaupol) doesn't support python3. Thanks

It should a least be bumped to 0.15.1 since python 2.6.5 breaks other gaupol versions :
<i>Changes 0.15.1 : This release fixes a bug introduced by Python 2.6.5 that caused Gaupol to fail to open any subtitle files.</i>
