tzafrir maintains a separate dahdi branch with patches which Digium won't merge due to conflicting interest with their DAHDI hardware. We need to decide how to best grab a hold of these patches and merge them in. This bug is here for the moment because this was raised in another bug #296637 and we shouldn't forget about it. Created attachment 222685 [details, diff] dahdi-nondigium.patch patch to the 2.2.0.2 ebuild for enabling the previous patch. The patch itself is a cleaned up version from the previously mentioned bug report. It basically just adds support for HFC-S chips. Voicetronix OpenPCI Openvox A1200P There is some controversy around this patch @ Digium, the politics of which I won't go into but this patch (whilst confirmed working by Digium) will not ever be merged.
