Hi, freecol-0.9 is available. Would be nice to see it in the tree. Reproducible: Always
It needs miglayout in the tree (http://www.miglayout.com/)
freecol also seems to need cortado (http://www.flumotion.net/cortado/), however, the version that freecol needs is not publicly available. Quote from http://www.mail-archive.com/pkg-games-commits@lists.alioth.debian.org/msg11518.html : "(...) it seems one of the new jars (cortado-fc) has extra used symbols compared to the publicly availabkle version..."
I have requested the source code from freecol on the freecol-dev ml. Lets hope for a speedy resolution.

Bump for 0.9.4
According to http://www.freecol.org/news/freecol-0.10.0-released.html they cleanup the dependencies a bit. I didn't get time to check this until now. Maybe using the current alpha is easier.
I created an ebuild for the 0.10.0_alpha version of freecol. This also needs cortado (bug #356441, please add) and miglyout (bug #301493). The games starts so far and also shows the intro video.
Created attachment 263799 [details] new ebuild
Renamed ebuild to freecol-0.10.2.ebuild added ~x86 keyword Used dev-java/cortado-0.6.ebuild from linked bug# Used dev-java/miglayout-4.0.ebuild (version bumped) from linked bug# Built and ran fine.
@Alexander @geoscope: thanks for the ebuilds and instructions. Just a thought, since theres clearly a delay getting the version bumps into the portage tree, why not submit them to the gamerlay overlay?

freecol 0.10.5 is now in the tree. Enjoy
