Don't you mean 5.10 ?
It was released in November.

I was looking at the GNU master FTP site at [1]. If you can find a tarball for it, then you should put it in the URL field, I guess.

If somebody really needs this. I had some progress and fixed hang during build (see upstream bug report for patch). But on the other hand I found new issue - autogen modifies /dev/null permissions during build:

I think this should be fixed somehow before we bump this in the tree...

Ok, finally with the help from upstream last issue was resolved too. autogen bumped, since it's required for tcpreplay.
