I suspect hardware trouble is coming, or a corrupt gcc installation.
Does it fail at the same spot every time? Can you attached the preprocessed source code?

I did recompile gcc with different USE flags then then built xulrunner again -- successfully. You can close this one.
User reports problem is resolved for them closing.
