When switching from stable to unstable, fileutils and sh-utils deleted (since
they are now merged into coreutils).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Built install with stable ebuilds
2.Switch to unstable
3.emerge world

Actual Results:  
The sh-utils and fileutils are lost!

The bug this is a "duplicate" does not really capture the fact that vital
system commands are always lost when starting to use unstable ebuilds on
the Alpha platform.

The ebuilds where the merge happened all need to be either stable or unstable
and not a mixture. Currently this is not the case for alpha. This bug could
be fixed with some simple edits to the offending ebuilds.
