media-gfx/hugin-2009.2.0 and media-gfx/hugin-2009.4.0 use broken cmake modules that don't properly detect an external lapack library when the library being used is provided by sci-libs/mkl. The problem has been reported upstream. In the meantime, suggest adding a check to the ebuild that sets the USE="-lapack" flag when MKL is in use. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Emerge sci-libs/mkl to provide lapack 2. Try to emerge media-gfx/hugin with USE="lapack"
This seems a dupe of bug 296510. However, it doesn't matter anymore, as 2009.* versions have been removed since May of 2010. Someone should close this and that other bug.
Does this bug still exist with current versions in the tree?
