After a recent --sync and -up --deep, openoffice-bin 3.1.1 now exhibits strange behavior whereby while typing, the focus will jump to the "File" menu for no apparent reason. It only happens with openoffice-bin, and it happens several times a minute. I disabled auto-save, and it continues to occur. It will also happen with no user activity given a few moments . . . it will jump to the "File" menu. It only drops that menu down if you continue to press keys. This bug seems like not to be present in lo-bin packages i tested. Closing as fixed.
