ebuild enhancements:

- bug #295996 has been resolved by renaming the 'show' binary in 'pixie-show' instead to force an ebuild block with mail-client/nmh (suggest by Diego Elio Pettenò flameeyes@gentoo.org);
- fixed an issue with the shaders regeneration executed with a parallelism higher than -j1;
- fixed missing textures (they are not installed by default by the Makefile but they are required);
- added more comments to the ebuild;
