Description Doug Goldstein (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-01-04 08:37:04 UTC
gentoo-sources 2.6.31 is stable now, which means people will start seeing crashes with that kernel unless they are running the 190.x series of nvidia-drivers.. bugs have started to come in already.. please make this quick

96.43.14 should be stabilised too, then.

app-admin/eselect-opengl-1.1.1-r2 is also needed, ok with its stabilization too?
Comment 6 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2010-01-11 19:58:09 UTC
should 185.18.36-r1 be stabilized also (seems that is the only "branch" missing on this bug report, and I am using 190.53-r1 now :-/? Thanks :-)
Comment 7 Christian Faulhammer (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2010-01-16 19:33:54 UTC
scarabeus says that it's ok to stabilise a newer eselect-opengl. A news item is needed, he will prepare it tomorrow evening. After it went live, we can stabilise. Some more days.
