it happens to amarok from the tree and kdevelop from svn, it is known to devs of glibc and even fixed in the next version, is there a possibility to parch the 2.11 with it, this issue starts tם be quite annoying.
here is the relevant bug: http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=10282
attaching the error snip too.

Reproducible: Always

the reason I'm reopening this bug is that the patch has been introduced but after glibc recompilation, the crash still occurs with kdevelop from svn.

I cannot reopen a bug that wasn't opened by me, matter to the fact is that either these bugs are unrelated thus this shouldn't be a duplicate or the other bug isn't solved and I can't do anything about it.

I've posted a question there but no one care. the crashes starts to be more frequent now and it is testing my patience.
