When dev-lang/icc-11.1.056, dev-lang/ifc-11.1.056 with USE=mkl install mkl but the ebuilds do not install corresponding eselect control files.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. USE=mkl emerge icc
2. eselect list blas

Actual Results:  
No mkl listed

Expected Results:  
Mkl is listed

Any update on this? Would it be as simple as copying the relevant lines from the sci-libs/mkl ebuild or is there something else that needs to be done?

The same occurs for ifc. There's no mkl option in `eselect lapack` althought ifc is emerged with use=mkl ... 

I'm not able to fix this (and this bug is old) :(
