This is kind of an important update because prior to 0.7.0 dstat reported disk throughput as twice the actual value on 2.6.25+ kernels.

Thanks, I've commited 0.7.2 to the tree. I've dropped the asciidoc dependency, because prebuild docs are shipped in the tarball.
