Using overlay chain in openldap 2.4.* needs --enable-ldap configure flag set as told in chapter 12.3.1. at http://www.openldap.org/doc/admin24/overlays.html#Chaining

As i found out this flag was used in 2.3.* ebuilds but not anymore in 2.4.* ebuilds.

Manually fixing the ebuild does the trick.
