This use flag downloads and installs the coverart plugin. Currently it remains disabled until the user enables it in the options. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.User wishes to install picard and download coverart 2.User installs with coverart use flag 3.User enables through Options->Plugins menu This ebuild addition is tested and functions. Without this useflag the user must manually download the plugin, etc etc. I felt this is a worthwhile change because coverart is so engrained in the picard application yet it does nothing without the plugin installed. I would love to find a way to fix Picard.conf to automatically enable the plugin but the conf file is not generated till the program is first run so I am unsure of how to fix this.
