sci-libs/vtk-5.4.2 requires cmake>=2.6 to build. Now the requirement is 2.4 only. The compilation breaks immediately:

>> Compiling source in /var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/vtk-5.4.2/work/VTK ...
Make Error: The source directory "/var/tmp/portage/sci-libs/vtk-5.4.2/work/VTK/-Wno-dev" does not exist.
Specify --help for usage, or press the help button on the CMake GUI.

Updating to cmake-2.6-patch 4 works like a charm. The problem occured on amd64. x86 also compiles well with cmake-2.6, but I have not tried downgrading cmake, because I do not expect it to work.
