I've put a patch together to fix the build.
Created attachment 258982 [details, diff] patch to fix compilation up to linux 2.6.36
The patch and information was obtained from upstream. Also the license has changed from GPL-2 to GPL-3 and there are a lot of files that have patches with the GPL-3 header. It might be worth while to just grab a CVS snapshot and make that the new driver in the tree. I also have a patch to allow building the module on the 2.6.37 kernel which I'll post later.
upstream has all of the necessary patches to get the driver to compile on a 2.6.37 kernel.
I cannot find any new upstream release from 2007, also no distribution looks to still ship this driver, are you should this is still needed with recent kernels like 3.6?
