Please find the attached ebuild for MPQC.  

MPQC is a massively parallel quantum chemistry package and is already
distributed with Gentoo.  We've had a few updates since version 2.1.2 (current
version in Gentoo).  The latest release is version 2.1.4.

You can head over to http://aros.ca.sandia.gov/~cljanss/mpqc/download.html to
get the latest MPQC tar files (mpqc-2.1.4.tar.gz and mpqc-man-2.1.4.tar.gz).

The updated ebuild simply changes the mpqc version number from 2.1.2 to 2.1.4. 
No other changes where required to the ebuild.
