The homepage link

http://search.cpan.org/dist/Crypt-Simple

is redirected (HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently) to

http://search.cpan.org/dist/Crypt-Simple/

Both are valid URIs (rfc2396), so I suggest adding the trailing slash in order
to avoid unnecessary redirection.
