Starting with plasma-workspace-4.3.2 a bug has been introduced where some info (download speed and ETA) are missing in the copy progress notification system. The bug has been already resolved in the trunk:
  http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=210081

I have created a patch for plasma-workspace-4.3.2

Fixed in main tree, thanks for reporta nad patch.
