I keep getting this message while emerging: /sbin/ldconfig: /usr/lib/libtdb.so.1 is not a symbolic link This just started happening immediately after installing sys-libs/tdb-1.1.5, which was pulled by some other update. You simply need to clean it up - check, that you have the lib from sys-libs/tdb, remove /usr/lib/libtdb.so.1, run ldconfig and check revdep-rebuild.

Resolved for me with update to net-fs/samba-libs-3.4.2-r3

No, sorry. I fixed it manually by deleting the files and doing revdep-rebuild.
