pkgconfig got uninstalled during a depclean run on my system. Now emerging virtualbox-ose-3.0.8 fails, as it cannot find pkgconfig.

Installing dev-util/pkgconfig solved the issue. TThus the ebuild needs to DEPEND on it.

Additional info: I only tested version 3.0.8 - but I expect at least the 3.0.6 to suffer from the same problem.
