Bug 284279 – net-analyzer/fail2ban version bump to 0.8.4 (needed for python 2.6)

Fail2ban-0.8.4 is out and stable by upstream.  There is currently a bug (282358) in net-analyzer/fail2ban-0.8.3-r1 that keeps it from working properly with python-2.6.  I have created an ebuild for 0.8.4

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.place package in an overlay / use mine
2.install fail2ban-0.8.4
3.it works proplerly




I have done some testing on amd64 and it seems to work fine with all of my regular config files

No problem, I needed it on some servers.  Also works great on x86
