Well, Here is yafc. I heard alot of people saying that they would like to see
yafc added to the ebuilds, and it is the only ftp client I use, so I figured...
why not ;)
Anyway, here is yafc. Enjoy!

net-ftp/yafc, depends on readline, and readline only =)

It appears that yafc has been added recently. 
Latest version in portage 0.7.9
