Normaliz is a (command line) tool for computations in affine monoids, vector configurations, lattice polytopes,  and rational cones.

A preliminary ebuild is now available in the science-overlay.

Licence is GPL-3, I suggest it for the category sci-mathematics.

In CVS, legacy versions remain in science as deps for older Macualay.
