Russell has been working on several different packages on our internal overlay at the OSL and I think it would be great to add him as a Gentoo Developer. I'm willing to mentor him through the whole process which shouldn't be hard since he works with me daily. He's interested in working on (libvirt, ganeti, xen, kvm) and potentially python (django, twisted, etc). Let me know when/if I can start the process!

When the quizzes are sent please contact me by IRC or email to schedule the first review session. If you think that recruiters aren't paying attention to this bug at any later point in time, it's your job to ping us on IRC if you don't want any delays.
