it's normal ? even if these shared object are java bindings, to load-up them at runtime, they need a soname.. imho... correct me if wrong of course.

I don't think you need a SONAME if you are only using dlopen to load the libraries. At least swt has been working for ages without sonames. Should look into having a way to suppress the warnings in Portage.
