p.s. autodock is almost useless without ADT.
At least then I try to follow (http://autodock.scripps.edu/faqs-help/tutorial).

Working on this one now; tweaking around with an ebuild and should be done in a day or two, working on getting the dependencies straight with this one.

I rather dislike the automated nature of the source released, so for lack
of a workaround, when installing via portage, it will have to install
interactively. As such, simply do not change the desired directory, and to all
other input, answer 'y' and it should install successfully.

QSlimLib and geomutils seem to have trouble building, oddly enough
this package decides to include most of it's own sources.

Also, according to the developer's site, Python2.5 is required, so be sure to "eselect python set python2.5" if there are module issues regarding running this package's programs.

Still kinda grabbing the hold of writing ebuilds, just need someone to find a way to set a variable to automatically identify what version of python is involved so I can get rid of a static flag.

Thanks again.
It will be added to portage soon or should I use it manually?
