I added ebuilds and patches which correct this to the sci overlay

Is this for 1.83 only? Could you please upload the 1.83 ebuild to the overlay as well?

It's only the 1.83 ebuild, because the higher once use a libtool based build system.

Fix in tree, please test. I'll be adding stable requests for both clustalw versions shortly.
