Please keyword amarok-2.1 and amarok-2.1.1. Targets: PPC, PPC64, SPARC Thanks I also owe a big apology to our users for not doing it earlier.
Sparc isn't ready for kde4 yet, removing
This is a prereq for kdelibs-3 removal, see bug 292791. So basically if you want keep amarok around, you should get this done... thanks!
I've added sparc again now that KDE-4.3 is keyworded for sparc. It's time to drop amarok-1.4, so I'd really appreciate if you could add the keywords for amarok-2.2.
This seems to fail at 8% through the build on ppc/ppc64, but there are no obvious errors. Changing to the work directory and manually running cmake seems to work fine. This is with both amarok 2.2.0 and 2.2.1-r2. Any suggestions?
Joe, can you please attach the build file? If you prefer, we can wait for 2.2.2 that I've added earlier and that should be out next Monday.
since the sparc keyword has been dropped already, we'll pass
2.2.2 seems to have done the trick. Marked ~ppc, holding off on ~ppc64 until we work out our minimal-toc issues.
I've just added amarok-2.3.1-r1 to the tree that includes the minimal-toc cflag. The packages is masked pending some testing.
amarok-2.3.1-r1 compiles fine and seems to run without errors on my system. Only with mysql I have some trouble because it isn't configured properly. On ARCH=ppc64 there are some dependencies missing though, more precisely the KEYWORDS=ppc64 are missing for some of Amaroks' dependencies (see my USE flags in mentioned bug below). See seperate bug 324535 for details. Cheers, Andreas
