I'm using Mozilla 1.4 (installed with emerge from sources), as a normal user. I've only got one profile. I open mozilla, and, with that opened, mozilla --mail. mozilla --profile opens instead, and if I try to click on my profile, it says "profile already in use". This doesn't happen if I open just browser sessions, nor if I open mozilla --mail first. I had RedHat 9 with Mozilla 1.4 installed from mozilla.org before, and it did it also when opening a second browser window. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.#mozilla 2.leave that open 3.#mozilla --mail Actual Results: profile manager opens, and the "profile already in use" error is issued. Expected Results: It should open any number of mozilla mail and/or mozilla session (it works in win2k). Try using mozilla -mail instead of --mail
It's ok now. However, it's a really strange behaviour that should be fixed...
